Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh seems like a fun-loving guy unless, of course, you ask him a question he doesn’t like.

Say, one about suspended players perhaps?

Following Monday’s practice, Harbaugh was asked about receiver Ahmir Mitchell, running back Kareem Walker and defensive lineman Shelton Johnson, who were not in the team’s photo, which was taken on media day. Harbaugh said two of the players were suspended and declined to name the players.

Then things got terse.

A team spokesman told media that Walker was not suspended.

However, that doesn’t explain why none of them was in the team picture and if we’re waiting for Harbaugh to help solve that mystery, we might never know.

Mitchell enrolled early at Michigan this year and went through spring drills. Johnson redshirted last year.
